Hamid Payman is a self-motivated legal professional and internationally trained in civil law and common law jurisdiction with employment experience in legal services. He has ~15 years of legal practice experience in the judicial system, human rights advocacy, public policy, and management. In addition, he has broad experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR, criminal, civil, family, property, and immigration law. As a previous server of justice, he understands the importance of the justice system and is passionate in protecting the public and upholding the law, and human rights for all regardless of nationality, gender, religion, or (dis)ability.
Mr. Peyman’s professional affiliations and community involvement with many organizations provided him with a great network in this multicultural society. He is interested in contributing to organizational activities to promote peace, safety, and justice. He achieved awards and appreciation certificates from multiple educational institutes and worldwide organizations. He is dedicated, reliable, believes in teamwork, honesty, and achieves personal and professional excellence.
He is fluent in English and Persian (Farsi/Dari) to provide services to the public. He can read and write Pashto and Arabic, and is currently learning to speak.
