Biographical Data - Mr. Naqibullah Azizpur
Mr. Naqibullah Azizpur is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of diverse experience across project management, academic affairs, workforce development, banking, and human services in the United States and internationally. Based in Roseville, California, he combines strong leadership skills with multilingual capabilities and cultural competency.
Mr. Azizpur holds an MBA from the International School of Business & Media in India and a BBA from Balkh University, Afghanistan (U.S. equivalency: MS). He has earned specialized certifications, including Certified AOR/COR from USAID, Certified Counselor from Covered California, and General Business Introduction Certification from American River College.
His distinguished career spans multiple sectors and organizations. At Highlands Community Charter School, he evaluated over 2,500 transcripts and managed graduation validation processes. With the International Rescue Committee, he led career outreach and coaching programs, collaborating with employers to support refugee communities. His extensive USAID experience includes roles with Bluemont Inc., Chemonics, and Delittee, where he directed regional business development programs and organized international exhibitions and stakeholder roundtables.
